all of the staff was incredibly nice and pleasant and attentive to guests. they gave us a double room with all necessary amenities, own terrace, for instance.

Had enjoyable stay overall, absolutely great place and the weather was lovely. The twin room was clean with all necessary amenities. The staff were amicable, excellent and unbeatable location on the riverfront.

Enjoyed our stay, had lovely 3 days overall. The breakfast was freshly prepared and plentiful with fruit and frequently replenished. The staff was very welcoming and amicable, and requests were handled quickly.

I chose River Lodge to visit City night market, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff who spoke English, Lao, and Thai. They provided valuable advice and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Noise from the street and inadequate room cleaning: open water bottle, used mask left in the room. Receptionist not attentive or helpful when I needed assistance with transportation and payment issues.

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, just minutes away from the river and the touristy part of town. You can easily access all the tourist attractions by catching boats across the street. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and speak English very well. They will go out of their way to accommodate any requests you may have. The rooms are also spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities you would need for a comfortable stay.

All in all, everything at this hotel was just fine.
